Hi. I am Haşim. I am a high school student in Ankara. My family is in Ankara too. So I don’t stay in a dormitory. But my best friend Jameel’s family is in İstanbul. So, he stays in a dormitory. Our classes start at half past eight in the morning. We have eight classes a day. Chemistry and mathematics are my favorite lessons. But Jameel doesn’t like these classes. He prefers geography and history. After school, we usually go to the park near the school. We talk about our day and our problems. After that, I go home and Jameel goes to the dormitory. At the weekend I usually visit Jameel in his dormitory. We play football. Sometimes Jameel comes to my house and we play computer games. Jameel goes home to İstanbul every three weeks. He says he is unhappy because he is away from his family. But he loves the school. He says İstanbul is very beautiful but Ankara is boring. But I disagree with him. I think Ankara is an enjoyable city.
