Clare: Actually, I’m meeting Jasmine at the sports center. We are playing tennis. Why?
Danny: Well we are organizing a surprise birthday party for Dave. It’s going to be at CanTeen. Would you like to join us?
Clare: Cool! I’d love to, but it depends when it is.
Danny: When are you playing tennis?
Clare: Saturday afternoon, between 1 and 3 p.m.
Danny: Good! We are having the party in the afternoon between 4 and 8 p.m. So it won’t be a problem for you.
Clare: That’s great! Have you made your plans?
Danny: Yes, we have already done the arrangement, and you are responsible for the music.
Clare: That’s good! I have a great music archive. How about the other tasks? Food and drinks, decorations, invitation cards…
Danny: They’re already planned. Helen is organizing the food and drinks. Linda and Steve are arranging the decorations, and Peter is sending the invitations.
