This is the story of how I met my best friend, Ahmet. I was in Antalya with my family for a vacation. It was a sunny and hot August day. I was wearing capri pants and just a T-shirt. I was walking along the beach. I decided to swim. I swam a long way, and then I got into trouble. I shouted for help, but nobody heard me. Then I heard a boy shouting “It’s OK. Don’t panic.” It was Ahmet. He helped me, and we swam back to the beach together. I was really tired and frightened. And after that, he became my best friend.
